Returns

RETURN POLICY:

I want you to enjoy Greater Goodness as much as I do! Please contact me if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, and I will gladly issue a full product refund.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email hello@greatergoodnessfoods.com and reference your order number for return instructions.

Refunds are issued to the same payment method as was used for the original purchase once the returned merchandise is received. Credit or debit card transactions can take up to 3-4 business days to process, and PayPal transactions can take up to 7-10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund within this time frame, first contact your credit card company and/or bank. It can often take some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at hello@greatergoodnessfoods.com.

EXCHANGES:

If for any reason your order arrives damaged, please let me know and I will gladly replace the items. Please email hello@greatergoodnessfoods.com
